The much-anticipated Dockworks street food venue from Digbeth Dining Club officially opened at The Waterfront at the end of February and it’s already shaping up to be one of the most exciting new food destinations in the West Midlands.

Bringing together premium street food vendors, a vibrant atmosphere, and a spacious bar, Dockworks is quickly becoming a must-visit spot for food lovers across Dudley, Birmingham and the wider Black Country.

A New Street Food Destination in Dudley

Dockworks has transformed part of the Waterfront into a lively street food hub, featuring a rotating line-up of some of the region’s most exciting food traders.

Visitors can expect:

  • A variety of high-quality street food vendors
  • Spacious indoor bar areas
  • A wide selection of drinks, including craft beers, cocktails and soft drinks
  • A relaxed, social dining atmosphere perfect for groups and families

The venue is initially open Thursday through Sunday, along with selected holidays during its first year. With early demand already high, extended opening days are expected in the near future.

Rotating Street Food Vendors Keep the Menu Fresh

One of the biggest attractions of Dockworks is its ever-changing food line-up.

Unlike traditional restaurants, the street food vendors will rotate regularly, with new traders appearing every few days. This ensures there is always something new to try whether you’re craving burgers, global street food, loaded fries, desserts or vegan options.

Dockworks will promote each new trader through its channels, making it easy for visitors to discover new food experiences every time they visit.

A Strong Start for Dockworks at The Waterfront

The launch has already attracted thousands of visitors eager to explore the new venue.

Asset Manager Alex Hall shared his excitement about the successful opening:

“We have had thousands of interested punters come to the Waterfront to check out the latest offering here and, having sampled the delights of the first week, they will not have been disappointed.
This is a milestone for Waterfront and for Digbeth Dining Club, who have made this their flagship outlet a real sign of confidence in the site.”

The partnership with Digbeth Dining Club represents a major boost for The Waterfront, further establishing it as a growing destination for food, leisure and entertainment.
