Parcap+Partners, a West Midlands business, bought out the Waterfront in Brierley Hill a little over a year ago and they have some big plans for it.
Parcap is a family business rooted in the West Midlands. Chairman, Satnam Parwana, grew the property business from a successful textile industry and his son Aneil serves as Chairman.
Recently Alex Hall came on board as a Senior Associate having worked closely with the Longbridge Development in Birmingham and will be fronting up the operation. Parcap have already got to work spending considerable sums to put the place back on the map and have seen Dudley Council set to move on site.
